By accessing or using DynamicQuant's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

DynamicQuant provides strategy indicators for TradingView. Signals generated by the indicator are sent via TradingView webhooks directly to your exchange. We do not collect or store API keys.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using DynamicQuant, you represent that you meet these requirements and that cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your login credentials and API keys secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all trades executed through your account

Webhook Setup

DynamicQuant does not collect or store API keys. You set up webhooks directly on your exchange, and the security responsibility lies with you. Please follow your exchange's security guidelines.

Trading Risks Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Please be aware of the following:

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and prices can change rapidly
You can lose some or all of your invested capital
Past performance does not guarantee future results
All trading decisions are made at your own risk

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

Use our services for any illegal purposes
Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DynamicQuant, including our indicators, algorithms, and software, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamicQuant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
